An excellent format for relaxation or business trips. I booked a "Studio with a kitchen" room, which includes all the little things you might need, from bathrobes and toiletries to dishes for eating and cooking. A bright, spacious room, clean, with timely housekeeping. A pool with warm water, several cafes within walking distance. I really liked it.

Great hotel, this is not my first time here, room service is excellent, if something is missing in the room, they will bring it in 5 minutes, there is a way to the port and promenade, close to the arboretum of southern cultures, the passing airplanes are a bit annoying, but on the plus side, the airport is only a 10-minute taxi ride, and this is generally a problem for all of Sirius.

They settled us on the first floor, the sea was not visible, but there was a view of the mountains and our own small terrace. The room has everything you need, you live like at home, even a washing machine. Cleaning was decent. The territory is large and beautiful, with swimming pools, children's playgrounds, and there are cafes and shops along the roads. The biggest drawback of the coastal area is that you live by the sea, but without the sea. There is a port with boulders nearby, and there is no access to the sea. A bit further away, there is a pier near the cafe. You have to drive to the beach. Overall, I enjoyed my vacation there.

We stayed at this hotel from December 15 to December 20. What can I say, well done!!!! An excellent hotel, polite and helpful staff, cleanliness in the rooms and daily cleaning!!! We stayed in an apartment with a kitchen, everything for cooking, storing and reheating food is there!!!! The presence of a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron in the room makes it much easier to relax with a child!!! Well-maintained territory and playgrounds for children. The location of the hotel complex on the waterfront is very convenient, the sea is just a stone's throw away, and you can enjoy walks along the promenade. We liked everything very much and plan to return there in the summer!!! A huge thanks to the staff and the competent management of the hotel!

We are pleased to announce that a new gastro bistro, "Joy to Eat," will open in July at our aparthotel. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM for guests staying at the "Imeretinsky" aparthotel in a buffet style. You can purchase breakfast either during the booking process or directly at the café. Throughout the day, the bistro will offer dishes and drinks from the menu, as well as take-away options.

In our aparthotel, dynamic pricing is in effect: the cost of a room depends on the selected dates, room category, and number of guests. You can check the current prices for the dates you are interested in on the website.
What are the conditions for early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out services are available only if there are free rooms of the required category. The cost of the service from 00:00 on the check-in date or until 18:00 on the check-out date will be 50% of the open daily rate for the day the service is provided. The possibility of providing this service will be considered on the day of check-in or check-out at the reception desk. If there are no available rooms of the required category, we will do our best to assist with storing your luggage.
